Dr. Julie opened Revive’s first location in Onalaska, WI. Dr. Julie loves seeing lives maximized and is on a mission to help families in the community experience optimal health and vitality.

Dr. Jake was introduced to chiropractic at age 6 when scoliosis was found during an evaluation. Through chiropractic adjustments this was corrected, leaving a lasting impression on his life.
